- We are looking for a Director of Sales JAPAC to be based in Singapore. This will be a person with an established record of sales leadership with ads reseller partners, build creative, long-term consultative solutions, and lead, empower, operationalize and grow a sales team of Account Directors; operational brilliance and revenue generation as well as a deep interest and passion for online media, audio, and innovation.

What You'll Do
- In collaboration with the Global Head of Partner Sales, you will define our strategy and drive execution with our reseller partners and local agencies/advertisers across our JAPAC Partner Sales markets
- Provide leadership for the dynamic, diverse, and hardworking sales team
- Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners, and deliver excellent customer service
- Represent Spotify in the advertising community by seeking out and participating at industry events
- Be brilliant at the basics. Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners

Who You Are
- You have a minimum of 10+ years digital advertising/marketing sales and management experience
- Experience driving revenue and a track record of success with ads reseller partners across a range of markets
- Strong executive relationships with EMEA resellers
- A deep understanding of the marketing landscape and expertise in sales enablement, operations, strategic planning and media buying
- Highly motivated, ambitious, energetic and willing to thrive in a high-growth organization
- Able to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
