**Tuition Centre Reception Administrator**

Are you someone who can handle administration tasks smoothly in a fast-paced environment? If you accept working on weekend, this is the job for you In this post, meticulous and detail-orientated should be your work habit. As our clients are mainly Chinese, being able to communicate fluently in Mandarin is mandatory.

**Work Schedule**

Monday to Friday: 12.00pm - 8.30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am - 6.30pm

Weekly working hours: 44 hours

Weekly off: 1.5 days (Fixed on weekdays)

**Job Scope**

1. Reception duties and administration

2. Maintaining Centre’s environment to be clean and tidy

3. Receipt writing and invoice making

4. Student registration, and explaining to the parents our Centre’s rules and regulations

6. Supporting the teaching team in materials preparation whenever necessary

7. Managing and purchasing of office equipment and stationery

8. Assisting in student stay-back sessions

9. Participating and taking charge in organising team activities (booking of venues, food ordering, etc.)

**Job Requirement**

1. Minimum O/A level, Poly diploma or equivalent

2. Communication outside working hours is required

3. Weekend work is required

4. Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

5. Highly responsible and highly responsive, with a Can-Do attitude

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Great team player, and also able to work independently

9. As a receptionist, you are required to be presentable, and pleasant with a vibrant attitude towards audience
