What will you do?
- Execute partnership strategies within CEO office to support business growth across the Lazada and RedMart verticals
- Support the team in the overall management and retention of strategic partner relationships
- Review data insights (supported by Business Intelligence team) to provide interpretation, insights and recommendations coming from multiple datasets to identify strategic opportunities
- Work collaboratively with multiple business units to deliver partner campaigns whilst achieving business objectives

**Job Requirements**

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a Sales or Marketing role
- Enthusiasm for the dynamic and fast paced e-commerce industry
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytic skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable and capable with both developing strategies and being hands on to execute on them
- Ability to manage both internal (local and regional) and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure whilst delivering on multiple ongoing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Mandarin is a plus)
