**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will be responsible in updating the space booking and event details in the reservation system. You will be involved in handling event enquiries from the Client on space availability and venue rental rates. You will provide administrative support to the sales team which include submission of weekly report on inquiries’ statistics and up-keeping a systematic filing system. You will also assist the sales team with the submission of government tenders via Gebiz and be assigned to conduct site visits for clients and other sales support from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma in Events Management, Leisure, Hospitality, Tourism or other relevant fields
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Proactive and meticulous team player with an eye for details
- Ability to work under pressure in an events environment
- Ability to multitask and possess a sense of confidence in liaising with stakeholders
- Good communication skills
