
Customer Service Officer

Main Job Scope:
- Overseeing and managing of event venue booking and usage
- Ensure proper documentation of the venues booking are recorded and kept in an orderly manner
- Assist hirer on their request pertaining to venue bookings
- Regularly update on matters relating to venue bookings and venue management
- Document and highlight matter of concern pertaining to venue, hirer and bookings to management
- Coordinating and liaising with existing term contractor (Facilities, cleaning, landscaping and etc)
- Coordinate and conduct monthly management meeting
- Managing agent shall attend to all enquiries, conduct site show rounds and meeting with venue hirer and track all venue hirer.
- Managing agent shall perform handover and return of the event spaces before and after all events and activities, and ensure condition of the venue is the same as prior to its use
- Managing agent should be on site or near site at all times to provide immediate support and/or to check for compliance by the venue hirer
- Managing agent shall handle all feedback, complaints from public and all correspondence with the venue hirer
- Following up with clients and arrange appointment to meet up with them
- NOTE: Overtime will be cover with off-in-lieu
