Singapore SYNTECH CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

We are establishing Construction Company doing various electrical, ACMC Works and Minor Building Works, and we requires a well experienced HR Generalist to perform the following:
Payroll Administration
- Well knowlegable in payroll regulations, compliance requirements to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting information from bio-metric payroll
- Calculating wages and pay accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions and tax clearance
- Train new administrative executive on IR8A, tax clerance and payroll.

HR Operations & Recruitment:

- Assist with employee relations issues, performance management and disciplinary action if needed
- Maintain accurate employee records, maintain data confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR Policies, benefits and other employment related matters
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessment on applicant.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings and schedule inteviews.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years well experienced in HR and Payroll work related.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in HR with a focus on payroll administration and recruitment
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong experience in MS Office, including Excel and word
- Able to work 5.5 days
