Able to develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities
- Abel to asssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Able to conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- You need to provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
- Able to assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
- You need to identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- You need to maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Admin duties

**Job Requirements**
- You must have a previous experience working as HR Generalist
- You must have in-depth knowlegde of general human resources policies and procedures
- You must have a good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Able to hands on experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
- You must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must have an excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You must have ability to prioritize and multi-task
- High ethical conduct
- You must have BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- You must have additional HR training is an advantage

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- work: 1 year (preferred)
