**Job Description**:

- Coordinate with the Sales team/ Customers/Admin/Lab analyst on testing requirement of samples
- Ensure urgent sample testing is carried out within stipulated time
- Ensure routine testing is carried out within stipulated turnaround time and the results are uploaded in the LIMS for verification.
- Verify all test results and issue final reports to customer.
- Interact with all functional groups (Field Operation, Sales, Finance, QHS&E, HR).
- Follow all process and procedure laid out as per laboratories’ QA/QC requirement (ISO17025 accreditation).
- Manage all technical records, test results.
- Coordinate with the lab for weekend testing of urgent samples.
- Liaise with Technical Advisor and Regional CSRM for customer queries.

Job Requirement:

- Degree in Analytical chemistry/Marine engineering or related discipline preferred
- Prior experience in Full specification test based on ASTM, ISO, IP standards for Crude oil, Bio-diesel, Middle distillate, Gasoline, Residual fuel, Used lube oil.
- Understanding of laboratories QA/QC procedure. Certification course on laboratory management, internal audit, measurement uncertainty would be an added advantage.
- Good presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant work experience in used lube oil testing
- MLA II or MLA III certificate would be advantageous.
