**Purpose and Scope**

Develop, standardize, and optimize business processes for the Retail Operations team.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Develop, standardize, and optimize business processes by analyzing and evaluating existing processes and challenges.

2. Co-ordinate business process improvement strategies with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of the implementation stages and facilitating workshops for buy-in and execution.

3. Oversee teams working on process improvements and deliver the training for these new processes.

4. Perform analysis of the business processes related to productivity, efficiency, quality, costs, and time management.

5. Review and update procedures and policies to support billing, sales and metering requirements. Prepare management progress reports, feedback, and suggestions to all stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and documentation.

6. Manage and support new projects to optimize business processes, including project implementation, post implementation, system stabilization and monitoring phase to ensure project objectives are met.

7. Team leader for operational functions such as billing operations, customer support or collections.

**Qualifications & Experience**

1. At least a Degree Holder.

2. Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in the energy or utilities industry.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team.

4. Proven track record of managing strategic projects combined with the ability to effectively implement change.

5. In-depth knowledge and experience in business process improvement and project management and implementation.

6. Proven ability to produce detailed flow charts, process maps, develop procedures and prepare reports.

**Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics**

1. High proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics), Power BI, process mapping and analysis tools.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and comfort in working with numbers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
