
Front Office Executive

Academia is looking for a full-time Front Office Executive with excellent customer service and client management skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general counter administrative duties on daily basis.
- Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in a client-facing role.
- Acquire a strong working knowledge of the organisation’s programmes and services.
- Assist parents in registration process, invoicing and payment collection.
- Ensure customer issues are properly addressed, and act as point of contact between clients and teachers.
- Handle customers’ feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide customers with clear explanations on our programmes and policies.
- Maintain close liaison with all other departments in order to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain and update student database.
- Provide administrative support to teachers when required
- Printing, photocopying and scanning.
- Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both English & Mandarin. (in order to provide clear explanations to English and Mandarin speaking customers in regards with our programmes.)
- Tech Savvy and proficient in Microsoft office as well as Google resources
- Past experience in front facing customer service roles is greatly appreciated.
- Full-time: 3 weekdays + 2 weekends.
- Working Hours: Weekdays - 9:30am to 7:30pm, Weekends - 9am to 7pm
- Able to extend working hours if required; with off-in-lieu remuneration.
- Pleasant, passionate and motivated.
- Proof of fully-vaccinated status is also required as this position is a client-facing and on-site position.
