As the Team Leader Guest Services Officer - Guest Services Centre, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. You will assist the Guest Services Centre team in the achievement of a smooth and efficient running of the Guest Services Centre Department within the Rooms Division.

Your Profile
- Possess minimum GCE "O" levels.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
- Possess good problem solving, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed and possesses a can-do attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
