**Main function**:
Reporting to the AVP of IT Systems & Applications, the Operations Executive (Virtual School) will work together with the content, marketing, business development, product development teams and external stakeholders/ clients to assist in the deployment and maintenance of the Invictus Global Schoolhouse Virtual School and related systems.

Working closely with our Edtech partner, the Operations Executive will assist in the gathering and interpretation of specifications from our clients and communicate it to our partner. Thereafter, they will also oversee the deployment of our products to clients.

The Operations Executive will also be responsible for post deployment maintenance, including registration and on-boarding of new customers, investigation and rectification of reported bugs and issues alongside our Edtech partner, and any miscellaneous duties to ensure all clients have a smooth and pleasant experience using our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for specifications and requirements for our Virtual School products including for quotations, contracts, and billing/invoicing.
- Assist in coordinating the development and deployment of said products into the client environment in collaboration with our Edtech partners, including any customisation or new features to be developed.
- Lead the on-boarding experience for new customers on our Virtual School or other products, including but not limited to conducting virtual orientation, training and guidance on the use of our products, and support for technical issues and bugs encountered.
- Assist in supporting content development teams in integration and use of our Edtech platform.
- Co-create workflow processes and SOPs with content/operations team and ensure compliance for deployment including regular review and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management experience with excellent people and communication skills
- Preferably 3 years or more of experience in a project deployment or project operations role
- Process orientated and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle concurrent projects
