DESIGNATION : Senior Manager, Community Partnerships (BAGUS Together)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role focuses on the partnership portfolio to achieve the objectives of the B.A.G.U.S Together (BT) initiative.
- Lead the planning and implementation of partnership efforts to support the BT initiative. This entails:
Proposal Development - Understand groundup challenges through research and regular engagements with stakeholders in the ecosystem to identify key needs and analyse data and trends to address them. Create compelling partnership proposals, outlining mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration. Ensure proposals align with BT objectives.
Partnership Development - Work with internal and external stakeholders to Identify, cultivate, and establish relationships with a pipeline of potential partners to meet the identified needs. Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of partnership initiatives, including at the wider-NVPC level.
Communications and Engagement Serve as a key point of contact for partners, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, share impact stories, and address inquiries. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with existing and new partners to enhance long-term engagement.
Event Coordination - Lead the planning and execution of partnership-related events, workshops, and activities.
Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions and commitments using CRM tools. Generate reports on partnership performance and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support wider BT programme development by sharing identified needs.
- Work together with other BT team members to deliver the overall objectives of the initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience working in partnerships, community engagement or stakeholder management roles with a proven track record in creating and nurturing partnerships.
- Ability to analyse and synthesise information, as well as translate policy guidance into actionable strategies
- Able to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the groundup space
