**I. Mission of WWF Singapore**:
To ensure a high performing WWF office with efficient operating systems, professional and skilled staff, and strong financial resources. WWF Singapore’s focus is on delivering corporate partnerships, individual donor fundraising, major donor fundraising and community engagement for WWF’s priority conservation and sustainability initiatives in Singapore and the rest of WWF’s global network.

**II.** **Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit**

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The team’s aim is to contribute significant, sustainable levels of philanthropic funding from 1) high-networth individuals (HNWI) 2) trusts and foundations, 3) companies to support the local (Singapore-based) and regional (mainly South-East Asia) conservation, sustainability and education programmes in order to advance WWF-Singapore’s mission.

The team works closely with the Senior Management Team and peers in Conservation, Communications, Sustainable Finance, and Accounting and Finance teams to effectively contribute to the implementation of WWF-Singapore’s partnerships and philanthropic strategy.

**III. Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
The role will be a key bridge between the Partnerships team and the Communications team and draw on their respective inputs and strengths. The role will deliver corporate communications requirements from partners and as such will handle the following:
**Strategic Partnership Communications (30%)**
- Develop a message house for the partnership in consultation with the partnerships lead, conservation colleagues and head of communications
- Ensure that any communications builds an appreciation among the local community of the conservation objectives that the partnership is designed to achieve
- Lead conceptualisation and implementation of partnership communication and dissemination strategies to deliver high impact and visibility in the local community
- Work with the Partnerships Team’s Partner Development Unit to strategise on various communication offerings for partners
- Reviews together with the Head of Communications and secures relevant approvals for all partnership communications. Must ensure that these communications and messaging align with WWF’s brand guidelines, tone, values and policies
- Manage partnership communications calendar with a full overview of all communications going out across partnerships throughout the year.
- Coordinates the partnership content calendar with the wider marketing and communications team
- Lead in content creation and e-resource packs for talks and engagement workshops, where applicable
- Support the team in visual creation and edits, where possible (powerpoint presentation, E-resource packs, event posters, eDMs, etc, while working closely with the Business. Partner Development Team.

**Corporate Communications Writing and Content Creation (40%)**
- Develop, write and edit partnership communication materials as part of the partnership launches such as press releases, website content, blog posts and social media content through appropriate channels and audiences
- Ensures that any outgoing press release is approved by the Head of Communications
