In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic

DESIGNATION : Executive, Programme & Community Partnership (6-month Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will help to maintain and expand network with community partners, corporates, and other social and community services to support organization’s needs. Spearhead, conceptualize and implement volunteerprogrammes/activities to ensure the delivery of quality service will meet the needs of the residents in a nursing home.

Your role & responsibilities will include:

- Managing all elements of volunteering within the organisation
- Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support department’s needs
- Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners
- Monitor, evaluate and accredit volunteers
- Track and update records and maintain database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission
- Plan, organise and roll out activities and programmes accordingly to support resident’s social needs
- Provide support in any other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology or Service Sector disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
- Hands-on experience in community partnership role
- Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services
- People-oriented, willing to work the ground and a passion to serve
- Ability to work with all levels and good people skills with a go getter attitude.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Resourceful in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenge
- Able to effectively work under tight deadlines and possess strong projects/eventsmanagement skills
