Singapore Sathya Sai Social Service (Singapore) Full time

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Programme Executive to support the implementation of programmes across different facilities under Sathya Sai Social Service (4S). As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

**Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of programmes across different facilities, ensuring that they are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
- Work closely with facility staff to develop and implement programme plans
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders.
- Manage programme budgets and resources

**Who we are looking for**:

- Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities
