**Job Description of Programme Executive (Full-time)**

**About The Hut**

At The Hut, it is a community for children and youth (5 to 17 years) to pursue their dreams with a heart to serve. We exist to _H _onour dreams, _U _nleash potential and _T _ransform lives.

We believe that all children and youth can flourish when they are supported and deeply cared for. The Hut is a drop-in centre where children and youth can be meaningfully engaged within a safe space. There are educational as well as whole-child programmes for the children and youth. We also provide access to opportunities and resources for children from lower-resourced backgrounds so that they can be socially mobile and thrive in today’s world.

We are looking for a genuine and competent Programme Executive to join our dedicated team at The Hut.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Planning, conducting, and coordinating programmes to suit the needs of clients
- Engaging children, youth and families to ensure good attendance and participation of the programmes
- Identifying areas of improvements in the programmes, evaluating and implementing quality control and compliance measures
- Developing information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers
- Guiding volunteers in executing programme activities
- Coordinating with other organisations/vendors to execute programmes
- Managing communications and feedback from stakeholders
- Maintaining proper documentation for all programmes
- Being a positive role model for children and youth

**Qualifications**
This position is open to _all graduates or diploma holders from all disciplines. _

To be successful in this role, you would need:

- Strengths in engagement of children, being detailed and takes ownership in delivering excellent programmes
- Responsible, proactive, good interpersonal skills, team player with effective leadership skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders and maintain tight follow-ups to meet the objectives of the programmes
- 3 years and above experience in social service sector or community work
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strengths in sports (if possible)
- Open to travelling to Marine Parade
