- Ability to source for talent in new and creative ways
- Understanding of tools used in Talent Acquisition and how to best utilise them
- Eagerness to learn, ask thoughtful questions and think outside the box
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to details
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organization skills
