Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract)Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term remote contract. The candidate may be located anywhere across APAC timezones. Contract extension is not guaranteed. We are looking for a talented Recruiter to help with our global expansion. This role will focus on corporate and/or business hiring (CS, Compliance, Operations, etc.). The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, grow a strong talent pipeline, and advise/build close relationships with business partners. Responsibilities Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including networking, university outreach, and attendance at local job fairs Requirements 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a top-tier internet company or agencies Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques Market mapping experience for global or Asia markets Proven track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently Positive about crypto Why Binance Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem Collaborate with world-class talent in a global organization with a flat structure Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning Competitive salary and company benefits Work-from-home arrangement (may vary by business team)Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
