Your key focus areas will be Scaling high-performing teams for our Customer Experience (CX) function across the APAC region Filling roles quickly without compromising on quality or candidate experience Partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that attract best-in-class talent Championing process improvements and employer brand initiatives This will include Finding and engaging high-calibre active and passive talent using creative sourcing techniques Running end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions Conducting structured interviews to assess technical and cultural alignment Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders Advocating for our EVP and telling our story to inspire the right candidates Tracking pipeline health and hiring metrics, and adjusting strategy accordingly Supporting ongoing initiatives to improve the efficiency and inclusivity of our hiring process Who You Are To thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you'll also bring 4+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Prior experience in SaaS, scale-ups or high-growth tech environments Strong sourcing capability and tools proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean, Github, etc.)Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills High energy, passion for candidate experience, and a bias for action Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Can Offer At Employment Hero, we don't just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
