**What you'll do**:
Attract and engage a diverse pool of top talent for our Philippines and Singapore locations across all positions.

Contribute to strategic talent acquisition programs, enhancing our assessment and selection processes, fostering diversity, and strengthening employer branding initiatives.

Act as a trusted Talent Partner to our Hiring Managers, proactively anticipating hiring needs, defining requirements, and providing guidance on innovative recruiting practices.

Coach and support a Talent Sourcer and other Talent Partners, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the Talent Team.

Embody and champion our Osome values, both internally and externally, leaving a positive mark on the market.

**Who you are**:
Possess proven domain knowledge and experience in recruiting for Accounting & Professional Services specialisms within the Philippines, Singapore, or globally.

Experience of recruiting for an Outsourced Accounting Firm is a huge plus.

Demonstrated track record as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.

Thrive in an environment where change is constant and can adapt quickly to new challenges.

Showcase exceptional sourcing abilities and proficiency with relevant tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Teamtailor), and Google X-ray search.

Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
