The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation and administration of the talent acquisition strategy for the APAC region. This role will also build strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners, Business leaders and hiring managers to support the hiring needs for the APAC region.
This role will build a talent pool both internally and externally and create a strong Value Proposition and Brand in the market to attract strong future talent.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Thorough understanding of all federal and state regulations affecting areas of recruitment and selection and remains current with changes in employment laws.
- Experience working with all levels of management to determine recruitment and hiring strategies
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Mandarin is strongly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to influence and problem solve.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated success working within highly matrixed global organizations
- Experience managing Talent Acquisition vendor relationships
- Skilled at analyzing Talent Acquisition data to develop and drive solutions.
**Work Environment**:
- Normal office environment
- Sedentary to light physical activity
- Significant computer work required,
- Flex schedule to accommodate business needs
- Some travel may be required
**Experience**:
7+ years of talent acquisition experience with the ability to develop and execute hiring strategy.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or related field preferred.

**Essential Functions & Accountabilities**:
- Design the long-term Talent Acquisition strategy
- Design an aggressive insourcing strategy to supply long term pipeline needs and reduce agency fees
- Implement a consistent and best practice recruitment process for the APAC region
- Design and implement recruitment and selection policies
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment activities for the APAC
- Designs and ensure appropriate implementation of Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Partnership with HR leads, leads workforce planning and employee forecasting needs and developing proactive strategies to recruit and fill
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition vendors/agencies relationships and assessing effectiveness and impact on business results.
- Lead the implementation of consistent selection practices ensuring hiring managers have all the necessary capabilities
- Ensure use of various traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques and recruitment tools to the fullest capability
- Embed MyCooper Tool for Talent Acquisition across the region - Define and solidify roles & responsibilities for end-to-end process
- Enhance diversity recruitment efforts and programs
- Collaborate globally with Talent Acquisition specialists on recruiting best practices
- Analyzing recruiting metrics, provide insights/analytics to HR and the broader APAC business
- Drives results, ensuring that staffing activity is meeting/exceeding client requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Conduct training with new managers on Talent Acquisitions processes
- Effectively execute on various Talent Acquisition projects
- Works closely with the HR business partners to align with EDR activities
- Ensures recruitment strategy supports and builds the leadership pool and strengthens the succession bench
