As our international organization expands rapidly and becomes more complex, the Enablement team identifies strategic priorities, opportunities, pain points, provides insights and revolutionary solutions; so that we build better efficiency and consistency into the organization and promote global synergy under localised decision making.

The Incubation (Emerging Products) team ensures T&S has an efficient, effective strategy to support the globalisation of emerging BD products (non Tiktok), outside of China. The end goal is to drive the best and safest user experience on emerging products (e.g., Capcut, Lemon 8, Fizzo).
As Incubation Manager, you'll act as a T&S emerging product owner, consensus creator, and thought partner. A member of the Incubation team, you will be accountable for a number of emerging products collaborating across T&S and product business teams to ensure safety of our users. This is the role for you if you are passionate about cross-functional product management, high-level thinking, and on the ground execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be a business partner to non Tiktok business product and T&S teams collaborating to create, develop and deliver safety priorities for emerging products across the globe.
- Responsible for leading/coordinating T&S pillar POCs to deliver appropriate robust safety strategies for emerging products,
- Planning for the launch of new emerging products in new markets while being a T&S thought leader to business product teams advising and advising on evolving safety and operational risks, challenges and solutions.
- Driving the delivery of safety priorities to agreed milestones while evaluating and addressing ongoing evolving risks, opportunities and dependencies.
- Represent T&S and act as the go-to-person between T&S and critical cross-functional leaders for newly launched products providing education and feedback on safety strategies.
- Contribute and support the building and utilisation of the T&S Emerging Products Governance including dynamic assessment of product maturity.
- Identify and support progress on T&S tooling/platform needs, related to Emerging Products to enhance delivery and capability available.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant Project management and/or Product experience
- Proven achievements in the coordination and leading of complex strategic initiatives across multiple geographic regions with the ability to execute at a tactical level and complete project implementations.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset. You are curious and are constantly striving to improve the world around you.
- Significantly data-driven with proven capability in data analysis; ability to draw insights from a comprehensive point of view.
- Excellent ability to communicate, perform and react well under pressure, in a diverse and ambiguous environment, with senior leadership
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed due to time zone differences.
- English language proficiency is required. Additionally, mandarin speaking skills would be highly advantageous as you will be partnering with stakeholders from our China offices.
