- Monitor and report on business development activities and results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
- Provide input on product/service development and marketing strategies based on market feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.
- Identify potential locations for market opportunities. Evaluate new office set up and develop strategies to penetrate in the country.
- Initiate and lead projects regarding regional development and change management.
- Communicate and ensure understanding of the strategic plans.
- Constantly staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create and build a profitable and customer-focused regional offices with a strong management team.
- Ensure regional offices align to corporate strategies.
- Identify specific local needs and ensure adaptation of regional standards to local needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
