**OVERVIEW**
X0PA AI is an Artificial Intelligence Software as a Service (SaaS) start-up that aims to digitally transform the hiring process. We aim to save companies significant time and cost in hiring while achieving the highest level of objectivity, ultimately enhancing retention, loyalty and person to job and organization fit. Through our AI and Machine Learning capabilities, we are able to source, score and rank talent to identify the best talent for each organisation.
**Brief overview of the role**:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of the private sector sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospects, ensuring successful demos, meetings, follow-ups of X0PA AI’s platform and products while driving revenue and conversion. You will also manage the alignment of prospects long-term goals with X0PA AI’s products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the entire private sector sales lifecycle (from lead generation to conversions)
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Closely manage and nurture prospects
- Prepare and send workflows, detailed proposals to prospects
- Facilitate and drive consultative selling approach
- Ideate new private sector strategies
- Accountable for revenue targets

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years experience in a enterprise sales role within a SAAS organization
- Proven track record in servicing strategic and complex private sector companies
- Demonstrate sales portfolio strategy competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills to liaise with key stakeholders, including VP/ C-level executives
- Strong business acumen of the software industry
- Passionate to work for a fast-paced start-up
- Knowledge of a recruitment lifecycle will be an added advantage
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Self-driven and are proactive in nature
