Singapore NULIFE CARE & COUNSELLING SERVICES LIMITED Full time

1. Handle general office management functions including correspondence with all stakeholders, maintenance and updates of databases for staff, fixed assets, petty cash, donation boxes, inventories, maintenance and updates of all templates, forms and SOPs as required, management of service providers, storage space tenancy matters.

2. Liaise with finance external service provider on invoices, receipts, claims, donor trackers and any other relevant communication to facilitate the finance function.

3. Oversee HR functions including onboarding and offboarding, updates to staff annual leave database, updating of HR manual, forms and SOPs, pay slip acknowledgment, staff matters including attendance, staff minutes of meeting, appraisals, staff insolvency search and employee satisfaction survey, training and development for staff as required.

4. Ensure all statutory corporate secretarial functions are followed through as required for an Institutions of a Public Character (IPC) charity, including preparing annual returns and updates to the Charity Portal, preparing and circulating notices, agendas, minutes of minutes, preparation of annual corporate governance report and update of corporate governance manual and SOPs.

5. Facilitate payments for counselling packages for clients.
