Officer, Client Implementation Manager

**Your background**:

- Ideally have 2+ years previous experience in client services, implementation/integration, project management and/or operations;
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment;
- Be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have good judgement and attention to detail;
- Very strong analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills.
- Work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills;
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate closely with business partners to onboard clients locally and internationally.
- Oversee the delivery of all assigned onboards in line with the clients’ expectations, either individually as an Implementation manager or partner with another.
- Responsible for account opening, and arranging statement delivery in accordance with client type and products traded.
- Act as a control point over various steps within the integration process.
- Provide support and guidance from an implementation and solution perspective, where required/requested, to front line units.
- Lead or participate in internal initiatives/projects representing Implementation/Integration.
- Ensure that onboards are delivered in accordance procedures and expected timeframes to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide technical support and training to stakeholders where required.
