**About Department and Purpose of the Position**

The incumbent will be positioned in National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) to provide professional advisory services on stem cell transplation and cell therapy.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsibilities and Duties
- General Operations & Administration
- Work directly and closely with the Lead Project Team and all members of the project team.
- Provide overall management of the administrative to the said Programme, overseeing the scheduling of meetings, meeting datelines, and meeting documentations.
- Supervisory role to the administrative executives within the team (if any)
- Oversee the arrangement and setting up of meetings, documentation of meetings.
- Joint Collaborative Care Programme Management:

- Oversee all administrative functions for the Joint Collaborative Care Programme, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting management.
- Collaborate with the Project Lead and Project team to develop and implement Collaborative Joint Healthcare Services with external partners for various diseases.
- Work with NCIS and external stakeholders to establish patient care pathways.
- Autologous Stem Cell Transplant Programme Development:

- Assist the Project Lead in planning, setting up, and launching the Autologous Stem Cell Transplant Programme at the external party’s site.
- Assist the Project Lead in providing guidance in MRHP’s developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the programme.
- Assist the Project Lead to develop the Quality Management system.
- Work with the NCIS team to develop training and education for the external party.
- Work with the Project Lead in the capacity as an advisory role for design and build of a stem cell laboratory for the external party.
- Assist with operational setup, certification, and accreditation of the laboratory.
- Quality & Customer Service:

- Partner with the Project Lead to ensure the highest quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Continuously improve service levels and implement strategies to meet programme goals.
- Business Management:

- Develop and execute business plans in conjunction with the Project Lead to achieve program objectives.
- Participate in annual financial budgeting and reviews.
- Explore and implement new service opportunities.
- Manage procurement and logistics for the program.
- Staff Management:

- Lead the recruitment and retention process of administrative executive
- Provide oversight and development of administrative executive so that they possess appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their job.
- Communication:

- Maintain clear and timely communication between staff, leadership, and external parties.
- Escalate issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Participate in assigned committees and tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in stem cell therapy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation processes for stem cell laboratories.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and with a strong service-oriented approach.
- Team player with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
