**About Department and Purpose of the Position**

The National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) is a national specialist centre under the National University Health System (NUHS). It is the only public cancer centre in Singapore treating both paediatric and adult cancers in one facility.
We are seeking an outstanding and highly motivated Administrative Manager to be part of our incredible team, supporting the Centre Director and ACOO (Ops & Admin).

The talent would be interested in learning about Oncology services, contributing beyond the expected administrative duties. All work is handled with high importance and a level of urgency. We are looking for someone who is attentive, highly detailed oriented, and able to multitask with speed and efficiency. Responding in a timely manner, and clear communication is essential. As the role reports into Senior Management, professionalism is of the utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities
(40%)
- Provide full spectrum of logístical, administrative, and personal support
- Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely input
- Provide agenda and meeting materials as needed.
- Manage travel and logistics arrangements, and process claims/expenses
- Participates in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, materials, collating of data and consolidating of reports

(60%)
- Organize department events, meetings, town halls and provide administrative support
- Record, monitor and manage action trackers of different meetings/ projects, engage relevant stakeholders where necessary, collecting and updating of various information for KPI tracking
- Engage project and organisational stakeholders and keep them up to date and arrange updates to be provided at various forums

**Key Requirements**
- Possess at least a Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years working experience in corporate / executive office, preferably with administrative/executive experience in a fast-pace setting
- Excellence business writing and presentation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power Point with the ability to produce presentations with graphs and charts
- Must be technologically skilled with IT equipment
- Ability to maintain in strict confidentiality all work and information assigned
- Exhibit professionalism by demonstrating personal accountability, effective work habits, empathy and teamwork
- Highly organized individual with the ability to exercise good judgement in diverse situations and balance multiple priorities
- Communicate with clarity and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong command in English is required. Other language skills are desirable but not required.
- Must be flexible and detail oriented to meet strict deadlines and be capable of multi-tasking.
