As we grow our presence in Singapore, we're looking for a **Boutique Sales Associate**who embodies the same passion for luxury, service, and craftsmanship. This is more than a sales role — it's an opportunity to become a trusted style advisor and build lasting client relationships in an inspiring environment.
- _Create exceptional in-store experiences _by welcoming, advising, and engaging customers
- _Drive sales _through upselling, storytelling, and product expertise
- _Follow up with clients _— both online and offline — with prompt, personalised communication
- _Develop client loyalty _through proactive outreach, profiling, and one-on-one service
- _Maintain inventory accuracy _and ensure a polished, organized store
- _Support daily operations _including opening/closing duties and visual merchandising

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years’ experience in **luxury retail**(jewellery, fashion, or timepieces preferred)
- Speaks fluent **English and Mandarin**— you’re confident communicating with diverse clientele
- A natural relationship builder with strong **sales instincts**and **service excellence**:

- Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics and presentation
