Based at our flagship boutique in **Raffles Hotel**, this role is perfect for someone eager to learn the art of luxury sales, client service, and retail operations in a beautifully refined setting.

**What You’ll Learn & Do**:

- Greet and assist customers, creating a warm and welcoming in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products with confidence
- Support sales efforts by upselling and sharing product stories
- Assist with online and walk-in enquiries, follow-ups and customer outreach
- Help manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Maintain the boutique’s visual presentation and day-to-day operations
- Support opening, closing and other boutique duties as needed
- Adminitrative duties

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in **retail or customer-facing roles**:

- A keen interest in **luxury goods**— fashion, jewellery, or timepieces preferred
- Good command of **English and Mandarin**to serve a diverse clientele
- A great communicator with a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, reliable and eager to learn
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
