**Responsibilities**:

- Support the SEA markets team in their engagement of existing members and prospective members responding to membership enquiries including renewal and move management process.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all membership reports and platforms
- Build and maintain a database to track engagements
- Review and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Extract key data and prepare internal reports, dashboards and presentations for sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify trends and insights to support strategic decision-making for the SEA Markets team
- Support the weekly Markets team call

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations, data management, or reporting, preferably in a membership-driven organisation
- Interest in the social investments’ ecosystem in Asia
- Team player attitude that puts the organisation’s mission and team objectives first
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate internally with teams and represent AVPN externally
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for work
- A superb eye for detail, thoroughness, meticulousness, and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Air table, Salesforce is a plus
