We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal individual combines technical skills, creative flair, and a detail-oriented mindset. A good eye for design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently are musts.

Key Responsibilities:

On24

  • Set up and configure webinars for flawless execution
  • Coordinate webinar schedules, speaker logistics, and promotional timelines
  • Provide technical assistance to webinar presenters and attendees, ensuring smooth audio/video streaming and platform accessibility
  • Execute EDMs and social media campaigns to drive webinar registrations
  • Utilize ON24 analytics to track and analyze webinar performance metrics (attendance rates, engagement levels, conversion rates)
  • Continuously optimise webinar processes based on performance metrics and attendee feedback to enhance future effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members across product marketing and sales teams

Marketo

  • Create engaging gated landing pages on Marketo for lead generation
  • Develop and distribute monthly newsletters to increase website traffic

Marcom Support

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with organisational goals, ensuring timely distribution of content across internal platforms and collaborating with teams to gather internal news
  • Design visually appealing marketing collateral that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience
  • Provide event support, ensuring seamless setup and execution, and capture high-quality photos and videos during events
  • Occasionally upload and update content on the company website (ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligns with current events)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in using ON24 or similar webinar platform
  • Experience in using Marketo or similar marketing automation platform
  • Design skills using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Photography and videography skills are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with Marketing Tools, Webinar Platform & Adobe Suite Training
