**Join us as a Customer Service & Operations Associate**:

- This role will be part of the Operations team responsible for performing function support for Singapore Trading/Sales and Japan Sales related activities
- Provides coverage for clients and supports NWM Plc and NWM Securities Japan
- Maintains the supervisory and assurance oversight between the APAC business and COO
- Role functions include Client Ops and Delivery, Post Trade Services, Cash and Collateral Management, regulators, internal stakeholders and business.

**What you'll do**:
**Markets and Client Operations**
- Provideoversight to all Market and Client outsourced activities including Confirmations, Settlements, Reconciliation, Funding, Collateral Management, Trade & Transaction reporting, Static Data and Client On-boarding
- Work with 1LOD Financial Crime for all clients and business queries and initiatives
- Active monitoring of KRI/KPI and issues are well managed and controlled.
- Assist in both internal and external audit inspection whenever required
- Assist in any regulatory related queries and surveys (eg, MAS surveys)

**Change and Process Improvement**
- Work with the Head of APAC Operations to define and drive strategic goals throughout all levels: client focus, high performance business, strong control etc
- Supports the alignment of any APAC/Global business strategy
- Work with the APAC Operations team to improve business processes and client experience (re-engineering, workflow redesigns etc)

**The skills you'll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have Strong understanding of the Trade Lifecycle process across Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Rates products. You’ll perform well under pressure, and be confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks while having a strong understanding of Risk and Control, Ops Risk methodology.

You’ll also need:

- Local Knowledge of MAS Trade & Transaction Reporting and MEPS+
- Strong awareness of Industry initiatives and Regulatory requirements
- Excellent client service skills and a team player with strong interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to take a pro-active approach in identifying and resolving issues and be detailed focus
