**Responsibilities**:
- You must be able to blend in with your surroundings and deliver an attack with a mínimal potency of 10 when required (provide excellent service experience to customers to contribute to sustainability of customer base and be able to reply in a professional way even to the most demanding and unreasonable customers).
- As a CS Ninja, you must always remain flexible and agile (carry out any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to you).
Nice to Have(s)
- Be adaptable, able to mould to an ever-changing environment.
- Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers
- Have the proven ability to problem solve, both being able to think out of the box and implement innovative solutions to everyday problems.
- 1-2 years of sales operations and customer service working experience and/or experience with social media sales administration will be a plus.
Working Hours & Location
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
