The New Business Units (NBU) division comprises some of the most exciting and enterprising teams at Ninja Van. Building on Ninja Van’s existing capabilities, we experiment with new ideas to develop innovative products and services that enhance our core business and help us serve our clients, partners and end-customers better.
The Regional Logistics Executive, Cross Border (Sea Freight) will manage the daily operational tasks and follow-ups for China outbound lanes (Trucking/Sea Freight). In the next 6-12 months, this role will be tasked to maintain operational consistency and prepare reports for the management view.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the team with the onboarding process and management of vendor.
- Support operations of new Cross Border East Asia (EA) solutions and coordinate first mile shipments.
- Update shipment trackers and monitored backlogs to ensure shipment visibility.
**Requirements**:
- ** Diploma/Degree** in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
- Advantageous to have** at least 1 year of relevant working experience** OR an **internship within the same field of requirement**.
- Preferably with **experience in freight-forwarding** or back office operations.
- A self-starter who is resilient and proactive in seeking for solutions.
- A good team player and results-driven.
