- As a Manager of reverse logistics, you will be responsible to drive the reverse logistics evolution and implementation together with reverse policy team, customer service team and other local logistics arms, act as the solution and PMO role to optimizing our reverse logistics capabilities to improve Lazada reverse NPS and PSAT scores across South East Asian region.
- You are expected to possess and share deep insights of the market and consumers, provide advice within reverse experience improvement. You are main responsible to provide reverse logistics improvement solutions, actively driving across relevant teams and functions to ensure the initiatives being executed and delivered according to committed timeline, helping our business to achieve commercial growth success while keeping reverse experience competitive and smooth.

- Job description:
- Drive regular discussions with stakeholders, mainly reverse policy team and local logistics team, to uncover potential opportunities and gaps utilizing information and knowledge gathered from multiple sources such as NPS/PSAT reports, competitor movement, internal data and analysis.
- Responsible for Lazada reverse logistics problem analysis and Support designing solutions to complex business problems, drive continuous evolution and prioritization of reverse logistics roadmap aligning with business purpose and direction, ensure all roadmap initiatives are defined with clear measurable target.
- Manage progress of overall reverse logistics roadmap implementation through program management approach, plan and execute initiatives according to business requirements, escalate and resolve road blockers when needed to deliver outcome within agreed timeline
- Program Management of all the Reverse Logistics network, close collaboration with appointed 3PLs to ensure a seamless end-to-end supply chain of all Lazada Sellers goods (i.e. Return to Origin)
- Lead Reverse Value Added Solutions (RVAS) by ensuring optimum performance in all RVAS channels that pre-determined by the Sellers (Return to Merchant, Delivery Protection Program, Self Pick Up and Disposal)
- Regular coordination with Customer Seller Experience team in addressing all the Sellers' pain points by maintaining an efficient action log
- Close collaboration with all the SEA Reverse Center Operations teams for any potential bottleneck and on-going operational issues
- Support the Cross Border Senior Management with adhoc projects to enhance the service quality and cost efficiency

**Job Requirements**
- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- University graduate with relevant bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management or related fields
- Minimum 6-8 years of proven career track in logistics and supply chain, program management, with e-commerce background being a plus
- Good knowledge of the SEA geographical spread and Cross Border Operations (especially Customs Clearance exposure will be an added advantage)
- Proactive and open-minded, with superior analytical thinking and problem solving skills, enjoy taking up challenges and developing creative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must
