Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge foreign exchange and cross-border payment solutions.
  • Translate business vision and user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of FX and payment solutions in collaboration with tech, ops, compliance, legal, and risk teams.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps.
  • Serve as the internal SME for FX and cross-border payments, supporting sales and client onboarding as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product or project management in the fintech, FX, or digital wallet space; or product control, middle office, or risk roles related to FX or derivatives in financial institutions.
  • Strong domain knowledge of foreign exchange.
  • Understand Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of leading multiple workstreams.
