**Job Description**:
As the Marketing Manager, Regional Merchant, and Cross-Border Marketing, you will report to the Sr. Director of Asia Pacific’s Regional Merchant and Cross-Border Marketing and be responsible for supporting regional marketing programs for Visa’s Merchant and Cross-Border efforts.

In this role, you support the development of regional campaigns that drive engagement, awareness and acquisition strategies needed to drive success in the awareness and preference for various Visa Products and Acceptance Solutions. You will also be responsible for the development of various tools and assets that support Visa’s Cross-Border priorities and support the Sales Engine team in their various marketing initiatives. Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, excellent presentation skills and the ability to learn and understand customer journeys as it pertains to the use of Visa solutions.

Critically, although an individual contributor, it is important to be a team player working closely with many cross-functional stakeholders globally and regionally, cross marketing and other business units.

Key responsibilities:
**Be a strategic thinker**:

- You will support the development of regional marketing strategies, working closely with all global, regional, and country teams to engage our clients and deliver against Visa’s business and marketing goals. Understand target audiences and their motivations, and their advocate inside Visa
- who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and then synthesizing the deep insights to develop value propositions and messaging.
- You will help support the development of marketing campaigns that frames value propositions of Visa acceptance and cross-border payments.
- You will lead, direct, and manage agencies to accomplish strategic marketing projects to support the business and drive concreate outcomes.
- In partnership with the Regional Cross-Border team, support the Cross-Border efforts to drive increased XB CNP/CP priorities through-out the region.
- Work to localize, build and deploy sales enablement content to help the marketing and client facing teams engage target audience.
- Support effort to drive the increased awareness and preference of the Visa brand.
- Provide support on other marketing initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years progressively responsible business experience in Marketing or Product Management/Marketing.
- Experience developing and managing partner programs is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.
- Audience-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights.
- Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact.

- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
