Sales Director, Cross-border Payment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the MENA sales strategy for cross-border payment solutions, aligned with global and regional business goals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across financial institutions, fintechs, corporates, and SMEs.
- Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions across MENA.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to senior leadership.Mentor and guide junior sales team members as the business scales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with a strong network in the MENA region.
- In-depth knowledge of cross-border payment systems, remittance, FX solutions, and B2B financial technology.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel across MENA as needed (up to 30-40%).
