**Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to focus on cross border commercialization, operationalize, and build cross border partnership and roadmap. The role will require individual to identify & grow the acceptance points locally and overseas. He will need to work with cross functional roles to create awareness of the cross border program locally and overseas.

He will need to support and work closely with cross border product & multi-functional departments across the NETS product suite comprising contact, contactless, mobile, debit cards, prepaid card, NETS QR, online QR, POS and any new and upcoming payment technologies.

Core responsibilities include cross border collaboration and partnership, commercialization, product strategy, product development, go-to-market strategies, manage risk & compliance, product pricing and positioning.

In addition, the incumbent will also responsible to seek new FIN-Techs for collaboration, track new payment technology trends, and determine if they align and are of strategic importance to the NETS cross border payments strategy

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to develop product business case / business requirement document, operationalize and value proposition
- Work with Finance on billing, invoicing of payment to partners
- Work with Legal team on drafting commercial T&Cs
- Work with Settlement team on dispute and exception handling
- Understand FX Currency conversion and business logic
- Able to read and understand payment related APIs, specification and messaging protocol
- Able to travel overseas for discussion, field testing and validation purposes
- Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/ user stories and acceptance test criteria
- Manage the design and work closely with the technology teams to develop, test and deliver new products or major product enhancements
- Document product information such as business requirements, understand product literature, SOPs and user guides
- Ensure successful product controlled testing before market launch, and track revenue growth after the launch
- Coordinate with Product team on user testing for major product enhancement and / or testing of new products & services

**Requirements **
- Minimum Degree in Business, IT or Finance
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience with a mix of retail, FX, Card, QR and cross-border payments specific industry expertise, both commercial and strategically
