The Account Management Associate will manage, service and add value to shippers in Ninja Van in order to retain and grow their revenue contribution to the company. The incumbent will be crucial in allowing Ninja Van to offer best-in-class value added services to our shippers and cement ourselves as the leading 3PL in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing revenue.
- Service clients well for retention, strive for client satisfaction to and pursue possible commercial opportunities such as cross/up-selling with their accounts.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with different Commercial and Operations teams within the company to ensure performances of key accounts are met according to client needs and objectives.
- Analyzing different sets of data, metrics and trends useful for discussions around client acquisition, retention, engagement and reporting.
- Willing to go the extra mile in problem-solving, identifying growth opportunities for key accounts and supporting ad-hoc projects to improve our range of offerings for our clients.

**Requirements**:

- 0 -2 years in a client-facing role (sales, account management, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency to converse with Chinese shippers
- Strong communication skills
