- General Admin duties and miscellaneous tasks
- Support budgeting & bookkeeping procedures
- Reporting on project progress and liaising with vendors for rectification of issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proactive and withsense of urgency
- Hardworking, Organised and Independent
- Polite and eloquent
- Bright, energetic, driven individuals, possess a high level of responsibility
- Good command of English (Oral and written)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Quickbook Online.

**Learning outcomes**:

- You will be given opportunities to manage projects, develop skills
- You will learn to work and communicate with various overseas vendors in the planning and execution of project operations.

**Start Date**:Immediate

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
