Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Identify the potential business opportunities for bringing South East Asia sellers and sell globally on Amazon marketplaces, as well as take part in defining the vision and go-to-market strategy.
- Learn about Amazon’s cross border e-commerce business, determine the right audience to recruit, develop, and optimize campaigns to reach monetization objectives expected from senior leaders.
- Identify strategic partner prospects, prepare and participate in negotiations, analyze suggested terms, and manage relationships from start to finish.
- Drive consensus within the Amazon’s leadership team on overall strategy, roadmap and deliverables.
- Work closely with both sales/business and technical/product management leaders to scope and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with our long-term objectives; ensure we are prioritizing the right initiatives.
- Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect data and information to provide guidance for our strategies.
- Serve as the main point of SEA contact for designated initiative, and work cross-functionally with internal Amazon stakeholders to coordinate our overall deliverable plans.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management within ecommerce or technology sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of winning/establishing strategic relationships with enterprise. customers/partners and/or brand owners.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones in multiple languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of study, MBA is a plus.
