**What can you look forward to?**
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work with our APAC Talent Acquisition team in providing scheduling, administrative and compliance support for our hiring process across the region. You will have direct interaction with our HR Partners and hiring managers to coordinate all interviews.
Our Global Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in our Global Employee Experience function to support the attraction and recruitment of high calibre talent for our business.
Critical for this role is to be flexible in working with APAC time zones (Australia, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Singapore).
**_*Note: This is a fixed term 12 month contract*_**
**What makes this a great opportunity?**
You will support the full life cycle recruitment tasks on all level roles;
- Prepares interviewer agendas/schedule, sharing relevant information as needed
- Arrange travel, as needed for interviews and processes applicant expenses
- Manages interview process documentation, and forms and schedules debrief meetings as required.
- Schedules debrief meetings, as required
- Create jobs ads as part of the posting process
- Upload resumes/CVs in Workday as needed
- Processes reference checks and/or background checks
- Database and administration management
- Respond to urgent enquiries or rescheduling requests with highest level of detail and communication
- Support the local / global Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc requests and projects
**What you bring to the table**
- Administrative experience within multinational company/s and corporate environment
- Some experience within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources function is highly regarded
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and 1 other Asian language
- Experience in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work independently, and autonomously
- High attention to detail and follow up
- Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
