**Job Role & Description**
- Reception coverage at the premise to provide a welcoming experience which assimilates and inducts all stakeholders into the workplace. To provide concierge and technology introduction services to users.
- Assist with any arising queries about the facility and resolve any issues raised within 24 hours, or 3 working days in accordance to priority of request.
- Obtain user feedback and propose service improvements for the workplace.
- Carry out facility site orientation tours for the premise and engage colleagues to embrace the Activity Based Working concept.
- Ensure the premise if kept clean and sanitized; and administrate clear desk policy by recording all items left unattended as Lost and Found.
- Screening of visitors to ensure legitimacy of visit and provide directions.
- Organise and setup workspace for meetings, or conversion to town hall and/or community events such as exercise and celebrations.
- Carry out inventory checks for workplace supplies such as stationery, printing supplies, food supplies other consumables, and raise the required procedures for approval to procure.
- Provide support of video conferencing technology if Tech Bar personnel is not available.
- Respond to queries and requests in the shared department mailbox.
- Contribute and execute ideas for social events to foster intermingling and cohesiveness of colleagues.
- Assist the Workplace Community Manager in any other adhoc tasks.
