**Location**: CBD

**What this job involves**:
As the Workplace Ambassador, you will be in charge of one of the busiest places in the office—the front desk. Constantly on the go, you’ll give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them and our employees along the way. In other words, you will set the benchmark in giving our company a good first impression. You will spend each day looking at how you can maintain and improve the front office.
Throughout the day, you will also handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution. Therefore, it is essential to remain professional and polite in the way you present yourself, from appearance to behaviour.

Workplace Ambassador In this role, you will
be required to provide administrative and operational support to the team as required in the following areas:
Client/Stakeholder Support

Procurement & Vendor Support

Finance Support

Conference rooms booking and coordination

Organize any specific requirements from the clients regarding meetings

Coordinate DCI or customer meals as directed

Assist with weekly consumables orders

Receipt all consumables delivered and store as required

Forward receipts to FM team for records management

Ensure adequate consumables available for client

Perform inspections on the cleaning onsite

Give direction to the onsite cleaning staff, ensuring and service corridors are kept tidy.

Organize any special cleaning requirements

Work Order Management to track all outstanding issues

Escorting Clients/Contractors

Assist in maintaining client access requirements.

Risk Management

Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets consistent with the role

Other tasks consistent with the role of Workplace Ambassador

Ideal Experience
Graduate in any discipline and have one to five years’ experience a service environment, front desk management, or reception.

Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting is also vital for this role.
