- Diagnosis of the environment and competitive situation, providing guiding policy on what the organization intends to accomplish, and executing key initiatives and action plans to achieve results.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s core strategic vision, including identifying and prioritizing the key bets and ensuring execution. The scope will be wide-reaching and cross-functional, from consumer and brand strategy to organizational design and operational efficiency.
- Communicate company vision to stakeholders and support translation into operational reality.
- Conduct a situation audit, including a market attractiveness analysis, competitor analysis and self-analysis.
- Identify industry opportunities and threats to prepare business analysis reports for management’s review.
- Provide key analysis of strategic concepts plus financial assumptions along with feasible ideas.

Experience/Key Skills:

- Recognized degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning, policy or corporate development, or experience in the retail sector will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with numbers and analysing data to derive insights.
- Good project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
