Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals and market opportunities
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions
  • Oversee strategy development and corporate planning activities for Unmanned Integrated Systems (UIS)
  • Drive key strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution of action plans
  • Leverage financial modelling expertise to support inorganic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations on critical business matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • CFA, MBA, or other advanced qualifications (advantageous)
  • Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, business development, or related areas
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, insight generation, and strategy development
