Job Description

This role serves as a key enabler for the Cluster Heads in both Governance and Planning responsibilities, ensuring that the teams across two clusters are aware and understand their roles in ensuring compliance to CABM risks areas.

The successful candidate will support the Cluster Heads in achieving objectives, including the development and execution of the strategic agenda and driving key initiatives while balancing financial performance, quarterly updates & re-prioritisation, people & talent, scorecard metrics tracking and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ensure compliance across the two clusters by leading governance, ops-risk (CABM) matters.
  • Develop and execute strategic agendas, drive key initiatives and balance financial performance.
  • Support the Cluster Heads in performance management, impact planning, and reporting.
  • Awareness and understanding of the CABM function strategy and scorecard, as well as the wider business and how CABM supports their objectives.
  • Responsible for executing and supervising the budget process and conformance to Operational Risk Framework.

Lead the clusters in annual RCSA exercise.
